Walking Tours: Non-refundable. Please contact us in advance if you need to make changes.
Tours run in sunshine. If there is heavy rain or wet roads, the tour is cancelled with a full refund. Your safety always comes first.
Not mandatory, but highly recommended. Helmets are provided free of charge for all guests — we'll have one ready for you.
Bike Tours: Tours last 4–4.5 hours and cover approximately 7–8 miles.
Walking Tours: Tours last 3.5–4 hours and cover approximately 1 mile. Let your guide know if you have a specific time constraint at the start.
We use comfortable urban city bikes with V-brakes — reliable and perfectly suited for Mexico City's streets. No e-bikes currently available.
Yes! As long as you feel confident riding a bike, you're welcome. If unsure, we also offer walking tours — perfect for non-cyclists.
Bike Tours: Children ages 13 and up are welcome on our group tours. If you're traveling with younger kids, we also offer family-friendly private tours at accessible rates, with flexible pacing and equipment options to make the experience comfortable for everyone.
Walking Tours: Everybody is welcome on this tour.

We wait 10 minutes maximum to respect the time of all guests. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to get your bike fitted.
